Ohio Homes 4 Rent collects the guest information you submit to understand your stay, maintain Guest Rewards memberships, respond to returning-guest interest, and administer promotions when they become available.

What we collect

Forms may collect your name, email, mobile number, previous property and approximate stay date, feedback, future stay preferences, and communication choices. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your comments.

Communication choices

Email and SMS marketing are separate optional choices. Neither is required to complete a survey, join rewards, or register for an available promotion. We record your choices, the consent wording, its version, and the time you submitted them. Contact details supplied through these forms are not automatically verified.

You can submit the Guest Rewards form with the same email address to change your communication choices. When marketing messages are introduced, emails will include an unsubscribe option and texts will support STOP and HELP. This MVP stores your choices and does not send marketing messages.

Feedback and promotions

Promotion registration is separate from feedback. Ratings, comments, and public reviews never determine eligibility. Each activated promotion will publish its own official rules.

Storage and access

Guest information is stored in our database and available to authorized business administrators. If media is added, public property images and private guest documents are kept in separate storage areas. Private documents require authorized access.

Site measurement

We count site and form events to understand how these pages work. These event records do not contain your email, phone, survey comments, or guest identifier. Essential cookies support form security, admin login, and carrying your survey details to rewards.

Retention and requests

We retain submitted guest records while needed to operate the guest program and meet applicable obligations. For questions or requests about your information, use the contact method provided by your host after your stay.
